ABSTRACT
Researchers have noted that one of the key skills critical to profi cient teaching is verbal questioning, and research on teachers’ uses of verbal questioning has shown that this skill is typically less eff ective than it could be. Th is lesson is designed to help preservice teachers develop verbal questioning skills.
