ABSTRACT
Introduction The day has finally arrived. Months of careful planning, negotiation, diplomacy and angst all come down to these ceremonies at which your students will celebrate and receive the fruits of their labours. Everything is in place; all that is required now is for the students and their guests to arrive and enjoy the celebrations. Graduation is a crucial milestone in the academic year, and this chapter outlines some thoughts on how to make this day one of the best of the graduating student’s life.
