ABSTRACT
There are various ways in which staff support groups can end. Some are planned or by mutual consent, some unhelpfully are unplanned or imposed.
Endings that are planned or by mutual consent can include:
· end of the contracted number of sessions; · decided on during a review; · the facilitator leaving; · notice of withdrawal of funding (sudden loss of funding may be an
unplanned ending).
