ABSTRACT
We assume that the level and quantity of representation makes quite a bit of difference. Isn’t it obvious? Those who are better represented in the political system certainly seem to have been rewarded with benefits like tax breaks and regulatory advantages. In contrast even those toward the bottom of the income spectrum who work full-time may lack the basics of a safety net, such as health insurance.
