ABSTRACT
This chapter is focused on what the author sees as crucial gaps between perceived, conventional wisdom regarding the factors which infl uence wind-power policy outcomes and the empirical evidence. The outcome of wind-power policy is defi ned as the type and amount, relative to a particular country, of wind power that is deployed.
