ABSTRACT
For several of the operas there is a “Dossier d’oeuvre” at the Paris Bibliothèque de l’Opéra containing playbills, programs, libretti, and reviews from journals and newspapers both contemporary to Bellini’s time and up to the present. Similar assimilations exist in other major libraries.
