Although you are very knowledgeable on many issues, including community organization and health, I don’t think we can call you an extension officer. We have our own extension officers and these are known [those with diplomas in the fields such as adult education, community health, agriculture, animal husbandry] and are employed by the government and are accountable for every activity that falls under their jurisdiction in this community. I know there are no extension officers in Yuuri, but we cannot employ anybody; there are rules and regulations.
