ABSTRACT

Knowledge management and human resource management are highlighted in the literature as antecedents of a firm’s innovation. However, empirical research analysing relations among them is still scarce. Applying structural equations modelling with data collected from 373 Spanish firms, this chapter analyses them. Findings provide support for these relations. In a global economy, companies have to face new challenges, such as increasing competition, clients who are more and more demanding, and a continuously changing environment.
