ABSTRACT
The unabridged edition of the Grundrisse in Polish was preceded by the publication of some of its parts. The first extract to be translated was the ‘Introduction’ of 1857, which appeared on the journal Nowe Drogi [New Ways] in 1948. In 1966 a new translation of this piece was published in volume 13 of Dziela Marksa-Engelsa [Marx and Engels’ Works].
