ABSTRACT
In recent years, many countries have sought out to hold large sporting events such as the FIFA World Cup and the Olympic Games and have been actively participating in the bidding process. Because of this, it can be considered that holding such an event can bring large benefits to the host country or host city. The positive effects are not only economic; the residents of the city are also given the opportunity to enjoy a major sports event.
