ABSTRACT
This is one of the last papers prepared by Sergei Starostin before his tragic death on 30 September 2005. The paper is written in Sergei’s typical style with an emphasis on new data while the interpretation is only given in a few words. This makes reading Sergei’s papers difficult for inexperienced readers not accustomed to ‘data-heavy’ publications. As this book is aimed at a broader audience, some comments need to be made to facilitate reading the paper.
