ABSTRACT

Cybrary is a term that implies much. Principally, it implies a library that is information technology (IT)-enabled, and that occupies some part of cyberspace in order to do more for its users than a traditional library can and wants to do. A cybrary, therefore, is no longer only a location that stores books and other print materials to be lent to borrowers. It is also a place from which information in forms other than books can be obtained. Although it is still a repository, it is now an online information service provider as well.
