ABSTRACT
This very ®rst book on supervision of sandplay therapy began for us as an unexpected event when Joy Schaverien invited us to be part of her dream. Her vision was to publish a series of books on supervision in the arts therapies. She wanted us to edit the ®fth book of this collection on sandplay supervision.
