ABSTRACT
To build communism means not only building grandiose dams or gut verdure roads through the desert. It also means opening up before our people, before our child folk the beautiful soul of the Soviet man, the might of his intellect, the nobility of his designs, his incessant progress towards the light, and his vast giftedness.
