Art. 84(2) CISG : Under Art. 84(2)(a) CISG, which deals with the situation in which the goods can be restituted, the buyer must return the goods, as well as pay out the beneﬁts to the seller. A point of dispute is whether the seller may claim also for beneﬁts which the buyer could have drawn but, in fact, did not.
