Taking stock: An appraisal of the literature on internationalising HE learning

Although traditionally there has been a dearth of research on the UK learning experience of international (non-UK) students, during recent years we have witnessed growing interest towards cross-cultural issues in teaching and learning as evidenced by a non-negligible amount of published work, conferences and workshops focusing on this traditionally neglected but now topical area of study and debate.
