European and European Union dimensions to mobility

Mobility requires much more than the physical movement of a body and mind for it to significantly add value in the context of Higher Education. The need for a knowledge-based economy in high-cost areas such as most of geographical Europe necessitates a common lexicon for Higher Education and developments that facilitate intellectual mobility in a wide variety of ways.
