Multiple goals and multi-stakeholder management in Italian social enterprises

Unlike other European countries that witnessed a considerable development of sheltered workshops, this model never succeeded in Italy. On the contrary, the social co-operative model, based on the twofold principle of both work and social integration, was preferred.
