ABSTRACT
This chapter is dedicated to the analysis of the ‘profiles and trajectories’ of the workers employed by WISEs, on the basis of the data collected through the interviews of the PERSE sample of managers of European WISEs. The relationships of WISEs with social and labour market policies are also considered, and characteristics of target groups and different models of integration of disadvantaged workers are highlighted.
