Now, however, gender transition commonly occurs in the workplace as law, public relations, and political correctness combine to make society and employers more transfriendly. Upper management and nameless coworkers know intimate details of the private life of an employee in transition. Even something as personal as who can use what bathroom has become an HR issue.
