ABSTRACT
The links between the presence of peacekeepers and the growth of prostitution in UN mission areas has received increased attention in recent years. In addition, and perhaps more disturbingly, a series of sexual violations against women and girls by peacekeepers have also been documented across the range of UN peacekeeping missions.
