ABSTRACT

At one time or another, most of us in practice have wanted to write about our ideas and experiences as either a training tool for other therapists or as an effort to educate our clients and the public. The problem, as many of us have experienced, is how to translate our great ideas into words on the page. Even when some of us cross the hurdle and write our therapeutic treasures, we face the daunting task of how to get the work published. Without a clear perspective on where to begin or how to navigate these barriers, many therapists simply give up, believing that the effort is unlikely to yield success or income.
