ABSTRACT
This study was conducted in ten countries: Australia, Chile, China, Germany, India, Israel, Jordan, Russia, South Africa, and the United States. The countries were selected to include large, medium-sized, and small countries; so-called western and eastern countries; countries in both the Northern and Southern hemispheres; developed and developing countries; and countries with different dominant religions, different political systems, different languages, different cultures, and varying gross national products.
