ABSTRACT
In this chapter we will look at the ways in which you can use ICT in the classroom to support communication, and how modern technology is changing the nature of communication in the twenty-first century. In particular, we will attempt to answer the following questions:
• How can we use communication activities in the classroom? • What capabilities will we need to communicate effectively? • What does technology bring to the communicating process in the twenty-first century? • How can we develop our pupils’ ability to communicate through targeted activities
in school?
