ABSTRACT
Evaluation of neurologic impairments and associated disability presents a significant diagnostic challenge. In cases of more catastrophic or functionally disabling injuries, the evaluations and opinions of different medical practitioners are often fairly consistent. In other cases, however, practitioners who specialize in brain injury assessment may express widely varying opinions.
