ABSTRACT
This paper describes the compressed air tunnelling carried out for a new cable crossing of Lake Lothing in Lowestoft. A description of the project is given together with a summary of the construction methods. Details of the compressed air plant are provided as well as pressures used. The number of recorded decompression sickness events are also discussed.
