ABSTRACT
The T-group in question consisted of five men and four women, ranging in age from the late twenties to about sixty, and representing a variety of occupations—business managers, teachers, a social worker, a youth worker and a personnel officer. All were participating in a general Human Relations Laboratory (Seminar); all had come because they hoped to gain a further knowledge of groups and of their own behaviour in groups which might prove helpful to them in their work.
