ABSTRACT
While the majority of contributions to a feminist book on “Gender and Global Restructuring” rightly concentrate on what is happening to those who are marginalized by mainstream analysis, this chapter is slightly different. It is also important to “know thine enemy.” So at the risk of giving even more attention to the powerful and privileged than they already get, this chapter sets out to map some of the gendered struggles which are taking place at the top, amongst the increasingly integrated global elites of (largely) White male professionals and businessmen.
