1 Introduction
Elite sport is a special field in the complex spectrum of sport. In recent years elite sport was increasingly separated from other fields. It is therefore not surprising to see that new scientific methods and approaches were also developed. It is interesting that political conditions in several countries show the influence of structural and organizational elements in elite sport. This area of sports is therefore influenced by different general and specific elements.
