ABSTRACT
Having attended several rehearsals of the Théâtre du Soleil at the Cartoucherie of Vincennes in July, 1987, to view the performance of Hélène Cixous’ The Indiade or the India of Their Dreams, I was able to see Ariane Mnouchkine at work with her actors during production.
