ABSTRACT
Some day-care staff still persist in the view that it is ‘prejudiced’ to notice differences in colour, and argue that they do not know how many ethnic minority children they have in their care. It is essential that staff know and recognize the origins of their children. To help them to overcome this difficulty it is useful to get course participants to complete the following project prior to coming to the session.
