COMPANIES ARE QUICKLY SEEING THE ADVANTAGES OF PURSUING INTRANET applications, and the predominant reasons are increasing productivity and communications. The Business Research Group found that 75 percent of companies want to set up an intranet to increase effectiveness, and another 52 percent to save on communications costs.1
