ABSTRACT
We briefly share how our university interns, or “tall teachers,” worked onsite with third graders, or “small teachers,” to align theory and practice through an embedded literacy methods course. The interns carefully kidwatched their small teachers to create Kidwatching Literacy Profiles documenting the small teachers’ strengths and areas for continued instruction.
