ABSTRACT
Retrospective miscue analysis is a powerful tool for educators to use to create meaningful and individualized curriculum. Over-the-shoulder miscue analysis, explained and illustrated in this extension, is a manageable abbreviated procedure for RMA in which teachers drop in on students’ reading and develop minilessons in the moment.
