ABSTRACT
The final chapter, Chapter 13 by Johannes Wheeldon, revisits some of the main themes that emerged from the contributors, including a reflection on the definitional challenges within visual criminology and some limitations inherent in their use. There are conceptual, methodological, critical, and practical challenges to their successful integration within criminology. These must be acknowledged and mitigated if their potential value is to match their promise.
