ABSTRACT
Good morning. I am pleased to have been invited to participate in this important conference, representing the Library of Congress. Tom indicated that I majored in economics. All the references to economics and the use of such related terms the last two days made me think that I was back in Principles of Econ. 101. What he did not know, though, was that I switched from economics and went into English, thus ending my economics career.
