ABSTRACT

This chapter presents some extracts of an ongoing project, a Poetic Lexicon of Waste. After briefly explaining the nature of this hybrid project, the author proposes a sample of the lexicon—its first six letters. The entries which comprise the present chapter are not only translated from the French version of the lexicon but also have been composed (and kindly proofread by Lily Robert Foley) as a fragmented text that should have its own autonomy.
