ABSTRACT
As a variation on an individual patient experience in the health care system of Quebec, the following letters reflect a range of experiences at a major hospital in Montreal. While the name of the hospital and names of individuals have been changed to protect privacy, the contents of each of the letters remains just as received by the hospital administration.
