ABSTRACT
Priyanka Singh in ‘The Kashmir Matrix: Strategy/Policy Formulation in India and Pakistan' states that India and Pakistan have traversed long paths since partition and the consequent origin of the Kashmir issue. Notwithstanding extant disparities in terms of their political and economic situations, Kashmir remains a strategic priority for both.
