ABSTRACT
In this article I do not propose to comment upon Mr. Gandhi’s career or to criticize his social and political views. The strength of his character is sufficiently proved by the fact that his followers speak of him in terms of unqualified praise and his opponents in terms of vehement condemnation. The present contribution is a personal one by an admirer who does not entirely share all his views.
