ABSTRACT
This chapter describes a middle school Women in Science project conducted in a small international school in West Africa. Students researched historical and present-day gender disparities and conducted interviews with female scientists in their community, publishing a newsletter-style bulletin to share their findings. The project serves as a demonstration of small international schools' capacity for teacher-led innovation and community engagement.
