ABSTRACT
Data collection and research is probably one of the most visible areas of FRA work. 2 The highest standards of quality and impartiality are important features of research undertaken by any institution, but these become particularly crucial for FRA given the political sensitiveness and great influence that information produced by FRA has in EU institutions and Member States. This chapter investigates the type of data collection and research undertaken by FRA and analyzes its methodology.
