ABSTRACT
This chapter draws on the co-constructed development of a family biography that was undertaken with Susan, who lived at home with young onset dementia, and her nominated family members. The family biography took the form of a chaptered book and was illustrated by the participant co-researchers using photographs and other artefacts to maintain Susan’s role and positioning in the family. The participatory case study work shared in this chapter was guided throughout by a naturalistic inquiry approach.
