ABSTRACT
This part might be seen as addressing the most complex, often sometimes creative and sometimes problematic encounters of psychoanalysis and legal theory and practice. In this series of chapters, emanating from different social and cultural settings, we can see the powerful new ideas and projects and practice that can emerge from this powerful encounter of disciplines.
