ABSTRACT
The international infrastructure network brings about strong economic drive. Infrastructure connectivity is vital for global trade and economic growth. Along with the development of regional economy worldwide and global economic integration, interconnectivity infrastructure network programmes between countries in different regions have become a critical orientation for the international infrastructure cooperation. With proactive advocating by China since 2013, the international infrastructure network has been playing a critical role in promoting world economic cooperation and development. The international infrastructure network plays a positive role and is strongly needed, but it faces many issues and challenges. By offering concessional loans, special loans, special cooperation funds and other measures, Chinese financial agencies have provided financing facilitation and support to international infrastructure cooperation. In the field of energy infrastructure, crude oil pipelines crossing China and Myanmar, China and Kazakhstan and China and Russia are under operation, and natural gas pipelines in central Asia and between China and Myanmar have been completed.
