ABSTRACT
The Belt and Road Initiative mainly aims to boost global connectivity and sustainable development, and especially promote the powerful sustainable development of the global economy by continuously financing the infrastructure construction. The Addis Ababa Action Agenda (AAAA) is an important achievement of UN member states in jointly boosting the sustainable development, which provides a global framework for financing the sustainable development. On July 15, 2015, at the 3rd International Conference on Financing for Development of the United Nations held in Addis Ababa, capital of Ethiopia, the AAAA was reached by the member states to form a global framework for development financing after 2015. The AAAA aims to eradicate poverty or starvation and realise sustainable development through promoting inclusive economic growth, protecting the environment and boostingsocial inclusiveness. The Belt and Road financing attaches a great importance to protecting the social environment, improving the social responsibility of enterprises, and increasing the continuity of debts.
