ABSTRACT
This chapter addresses the Independent Tribunal into Forced Organ Harvesting in China, also known as the China Tribunal. The chapter starts with a background into the issue of forced organ harvesting in China and then explains how the Tribunal came about. The chapter considers the workings of the Tribunal and then assesses the value of the Tribunal in stopping forced organ harvesting in China.
