ABSTRACT

This chapter showcases three case studies of innovations in Organisation and Human Resource Management (OHRM) pedagogy focused on developing entrepreneurial capacity amongst students across a variety of international contexts. The cases explore student engagement with local small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) to enhance understanding of the linkages between strategy and HRM, reflective learning exercises based on working in international teams to foster global awareness and a blended learning exemplar from South Korea to capture digital approaches to learning. These case studies represent key clusters of innovative pedagogies in the form of experiential-based learning, global awareness, blended learning. This chapter presents a contextual overview of each international case, while also detailing the process and outcome of evaluation. The innovations were designed, delivered and evaluated by a multidisciplinary team working internationally as part of an EU-funded Global Entrepreneurial Talent Management 3 (GETM3) project. Common to all three innovations is the value of providing greater scope for student voice and reflection, coupled with the merits of practical examples and real-time application.
