ABSTRACT
This chapter discusses landlessness as it operates in rural Bangladesh. Based on information of landless rural households within the various agro-ecological niches of the floodplains of Bangladesh, it presents, examines and analyzes the spatio-temporal aspects of landlessness along with the nature, processes and causes behind landlessness in Bangladesh.
