ABSTRACT
This case study is about Ministry of Society Advancement (MOSA) operation team, which was to conduct a comprehensive health check of the business environment and priorities of the MOSA, as well as the technical requirements of its information system. The MOSA is a federal entity, which has its headquarters in Dubai, as well as social affairs and social development offices across the UAE. The project manager in this case needed to plan meeting methods and strategies to prevent the pitfalls that result from a lack of communication. In addition, the issue of team conflict needed to be addressed using proper solutions instead of a one-time lecture during the first team meeting.
